What utilities am I responsible for paying?

Residents are responsible for electric, heating/cooling, water and sewage. We will provide contact information for you to set up your electricity, gas, internet and internet/cable accounts. We will set up the water and sewer for you, and those charges will be on your rent ledger.


Do you have on-site parking?

Each town home at CircleEast comes with a private, attached 2-car garage, and it is included in your rent! You have your own private entrance to your town home directly from your garage.
Is CircleEast Townhomes pet friendly?

Yes! We welcome most dogs, cats and a few other types of pets! Please let us know what type of pet you plan on bringing with you, and we will be able to provide more information. Those who have a pet are required to pay a one-time nonrefundable $300 pet fee per pet (2 max), but there is no monthly pet fee! We may also ask for veterinary documentation.
What does Income Restricted (NSP) mean?

This is a program designed to make nice, affordable housing available in neighborhoods and prevent people of means from renting the apartments because of the low rents.
Is CircleEast an affordable community?

We have a select number of apartments that are Income Restricted, however, we do not accept Section 8 Housing. For those select apartments, we have restrictions on the amount of income that the occupants can make.
Do you have apartments that are not Income Restricted?

Yes - we do have a limited number of Non-Income Restricted apartments.
